CRM company is conducting a search for an individual with an understanding of subscriber based applications that generate revenues attractive for rapid acquisition. We require a Full-Stack LAMP Developer In or near the Sanford, NC area. The right person will be well educated, professional, seeking a full-time position with significant opportunity as we experience significant growth. The Senior Developer is a strong team player within the project organization able to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment. We are post deployment stage, pre-series A funding and revenue generating. This is a key position with managerial responsibilities. Responsible for playing a hands-on role to continue development and ongoing enhancements to a platform of quality code. Provide technical and process expertise to ensure successful resolution of complex problems and delivery of quality code. Partner with business systems analysts, system administrators, and other parts of delivery and support team as well as external business and vendor partners to implement complex solutions. 
Ensuring that the company's systems are capable of continued delivery of both the basic functionality as well as other requirements (e.g. performance, scalability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery). Provide focused consulting services on project to address evolving business requirements within aggressive timelines while ensuring that the design and development effort remains compliant to standards. The Senior Developer will provide input to work plans, project schedules and provide status on assigned tasks. 

Responsibilities

1. Play an active and hands-on role in custom/interface development work, that requires deep technical knowledge and skills 2. Develop technical designs and engineering plans that produce high-quality products with efficient and reusable code 3. Design, & implement object-oriented data-driven applications 4. Optimize code for scalability through efficient coding techniques and use of scalable frameworks. 5. Ability to anticipate and resolve potential roadblocks throughout the software development lifecycle 6. Employ an iterative development approach in order to effectively address evolving business requirements and changes in project scope 7. Collaboratively work with business systems analysts and project managers to solve complex business and technical problems 8. Report status on development tasks (design, unit test, code, source control). 9. Play an active role in implementation activities and issue resolution for system deployment. 10. Be involved in technical knowledge transfer activities with post-go-live support teams.

Experience and Special Skill Requirements 


Education Requirement: * BS degree in computer science, computer information systems or engineering or equivalent work experience. Required Experience: * At least 5+ years working experience as a senior or lead programmer in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) environments and managing LAMP systems, or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of programing in scripting languages (PHP) * Minimum 2 years of database & backend application development * Strong understanding of HTML5 and mobile/responsive web application development * Experience building high-volume transactional business critical applications * Experience working with PHP MVC frameworks (CodeIgniter) * Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks & libraries (jQuery, ExtJS)
* Experience with front-end web frameworks (Bootstrap) * Experience with version control tools (Subversion) * Strong UI development skills required, including developing wire frames * Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic team environment * Excellent math & analytical skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience in developing software with successful launch and continued support * Experience applying an iterative development approach to rapidly building quality software * Experience in application architecture design, or development * Experience in systems architecture and infrastructure * Experience in data and security management and architecture * Experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals * Experience working with APIs and web services
